How often will I need to attend?
You will need to attend weekly.
Where are the sessions held?
The sessions are held at the Acupuncture Clinic in Portland Road, Hove.
How will I know if Core Process Psychotherapy is right for me?
Firstly we will meet free of charge to discuss why you are exploring the possibility of psychotherapy and for us to decide if it feels right to start work. If we commence therapy then I suggest a six week ‘probationary’ period for initial work and to allow a further period to establish if this is the right work for you.
What happens if I can’t make a session?
I generally ask for four weeks notice of when you plan to miss sessions. When this is not possible I will endeavor to offer an alternative time in the same week. Where this is not possible a session charge will usually be made. |
