The work aims to support a developing awareness of how we are at any moment, and how our relationship with this may bring us distress. Inviting you to explore your relationship with yourself and others, sensing into how you may gain real choice in how you experience your world and act in it.
In developing awareness of how we are, our ‘core’ qualities can emerge more into our daily lives and relationships, inviting clarity and acceptance.
This work is often described as a contemplative psychotherapy, and is grounded in mindfulness practice.
